Please, help me!

Alright, im new to this server. I tryed to download the newest client and i saved it to my desktop. When it saved the file. It came up as SuperScape_Official_Client_V1.rar. But instead of it having a picture of a file behind it, it had a blank page with the internet explorer E on it? And when i clikc it it opens a new page and has to open or save the file???? PLease help!
